KDE and Google Summer of Code 2014

I want to take part in GSoC 2014 to contribute to KDE.
My name is Alexey Andreyev. I'm a 22 years old. I'm a first year a graduate student from Saint Petersburg's NRU ITMO (Russia). I study somputer science and software engineering. Here's more info about me and my developer interests.
I guess I could solve problems with passion, because I love KDE and use it in my everyday life.
I'm familiar with KDE a lot as system administrator, but as developer I worked only with pure Qt/QML yet.
I guess I could work about 40 hrs a week. I work mainly as freelancer for now and could pause it for summer and I also should pass my exams and the end of May, so nothing should stop me.
I'm going to blog about my work at this pages for example at weekends or send information for my mentor in any other more acceptable manners.
My native language is Russian (I live near Moscow and Saint Petersburg), but I hope it won't be a problem (I mean I know I currently make some mistakes with English grammar and others, but I'm working on it).
At this page I also want to list projects that seems the most interesting and acceptable for me (from GSoC/2014/Ideas KDE Community Wiki Page) and some my abstract ideas:

I use this blog as draft to write GSoC proposals. I guess it is a great start to contribute to and going to continue work with KDE even if I'm not ready for GSoC yet. Also I will be very happy if some of my ideas are ok and will be accepted by someone else, who could implement it better than me.
My contacts: a_andreyev at freenode IRC, yetanotherandreyev at gmail.
(I also have twitter, tumblr, etc and could specify this too if it's necessary).
